IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE REGISTRATION
Participation fee for social activity
The participation fee : ¥1,000
The fee is inclusive of transportation and a ticket for TOEI Kyoto Studio Park, and will be collected when we meet at Kyoto station. Only cash will be accepted.
Although participants will have dinner together, they need to pay for their bills.
If you do not want to join our dinner, please let us know in your registration.
Group registration
If you are going to join the survivors program ( the social activity and/or the meeting ) with other survivors from the same association, please register as a group ( i.e. select "Group" in the registration form)
Change or Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your registration.
Use of communication application - "LINE"
In Japan, we use the mobile communication application "LINE" to contact / exchange the latest information with each other. Please install "LINE" in your smart phone or tablet devices and let us know your "LINE" account in your registration. If you cannot use "LINE", please tell us how we can contact you in the registration form.
